Election to the Parliament

The High Commissioner is in charge of the organisation of generel elections in Greenland of the two representatives to the Parliament in Copenhagen, as well as the organisation of any referenda called by the Parliament.

The practical implementation of generel elections and the keeping of national registers including electoral registers are the responsability of local authorities.
